Lu Wang Lab

Dynamic Regenerative Eco-materials and Advanced Manufacturing Lab

Lu Wang, Assistant Professor in the School of Natural Resources, is the Principal Investigator of the Dynamic Regenerative Eco-materials and Advanced Manufacturing (DREAM) Lab, located at the Center for Renewable Carbon in the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture. Dr. Wang received his academic training in sustainable materials and technologies (SMT). The DREAM Lab aims at global decarbonization through constantly adapting biopolymers for various applications (packaging, automotive, textile, construction and building, agriculture, etc.), innovative manufacturing, and materials recycling. The DREAM Lab conducts research in four broad topics centered around SMT: renewable materials, advanced manufacturing, emerging applications, and materials valorization.
